Job Description - Oracle EBS Supply Chain Process Lead (Onshore)

Oracle EBS Supply Chain Process Lead (Onshore)1
  • Conduct requirement analysis and document business processes (as-is/to-be) for Sales, Service, or other in-scope Salesforce clouds
  • Design end to end solutions, including data model, objects, workflows, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and security model
  • Define Salesforce -EBS-WMS  integration requirements: data objects, field mappings, triggers, and sync frequency with Oracle
  • Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Guide configuration and development activities and review deliverables for quality and best practices
  • Support data migration planning, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation
  • Lead functional testing, support SIT and UAT, and triage defects
  • Prepare training materials and support end-user training and adoption
  • Provide post go-live hypercare support 
  • Excellent in handling customer and communications with Stakeholders.
