Job Description:

Our Client is seeking Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (80% technical and 20% functional) with prominent experience in Supply Chain (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing, PO, and OM) modules of Oracle EBS R12 and working knowledge of Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Demantra and Inventory Optimization (IO) modules of Oracle VCP R12. Consultant must have hands-on experience in liaising with end-users, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and mapping business processes, provide GAP analysis and design extensions to address them, configuring above listed modules, conducting conference room pilots and end user tests, planning and executing cut-over tasks, and providing post go-live support. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement technical solutions in Supply Chain (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing, PO, and OM) modules of Oracle EBS R12. Experience in any of these modules will be an advantage: Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Logistics, Receiving, Shipping, MSCA, Sourcing, or Demantra
• Build productive relationships with IT Stakeholders (onsite as well as offshore) and lead end users throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Lead and manage activities to convert data from legacy to Oracle EBS (includes writing CVxx documents), performing data conversions for each milestone, incrementally reduce errors and conflicts in the data.
• Analyze and map business processes, provide GAP analysis, Setup / Configure Oracle EBS modules (listed above and includes writing BRxx documents) and design extensions to address them.
• Design and develop RICE components to fulfil GAPs (includes writing MDxx documents) and assist technical team to develop, test and deploy them.
• Perform conference room pilots, user acceptance, cut-over, post go-live support and other required activities for Oracle ERP implementation projects.
• Provide regular status update to business and IT stakeholders as per the communication plan.
• Create Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and help to manager timely resolution.
• Provide integrated systems planning and recommend new technologies and processes targeting improved efficiencies. Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment.
• Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.

Technical Skills:

• Highly skilled in Oracle EBS's APIs, Open Interface structures, EBS / VCP data models, building RICEW (Report, Interface, Conversion, Extension, Workflow) or CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration) objects, Oracle Forms/Reports, Form Personalization, XML Publisher, OA Framework, SQL, PL/SQL (Stored procedures, packages and triggers), Bulk processing, ETL operations, REF cursors, collections, etc.
• Experience with Oracle 19C Database, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, Data Loader, Export/Import, TKPROF, Oracle scheduler, Advanced Queues, Object management
• Proficient in tools like TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, Data Modeling tools, Version Control tools.
• UNIX shell scripting experience (desired)
• Conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology)

Experience:

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in design and development of technical solutions in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing, PO, and OM) modules
• Extensive (8 plus years) experience in implementation or upgrade or production support of Oracle Applications R12
