Oracle HCM Techno-Func Consultant

Job Description:

Our upstream oil & gas client is looking for a Contract, Oracle HCM Techno-Func Consultant . You will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and support of Oracle HCM. This includes configuration, tracking issues, timesheets, user and payroll team support. You will be reporting directly to the HR Director. Due to this position being hybrid, Only Candidates Currently Residing in Houston Will Be Considered.

Responsibilities

Handling report requests
Payroll issues and support in ADP
Timesheet support
Monitor Data Bridge for benefit deduction and retirement deduction
Provide managers, employees, and HR support.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

7-10 years of techno functional experience with Oracle HCM with Oracle Fusion
Excellent communication
Experience with ADP (payroll) is a plus
