Oracle SCM Cloud Specialist - HYBRID

- Well versed across core SCM Cloud Modules - Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Supplier Portal, Order Management, GOP etc., - Knowledge of Order Orchestration, Project Billing Cloud & Project Costing Cloud would be added advantage - Detailed understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture - Overseee SCM Cloud Integration with other cloud modules like Financials, Projects Accounting etc., - Ability to translate business requirements into workable standard or custom solutions - Guide Organizations to understand industry best practices and help them to adapt as per their convenience / business process - Provide the complete solution for Organizations under Fusion SCM footprint by doing the fit/gap analysis - Conversion of master and open transaction data like Suppliers, Open PO - testing accuracy of data loaded during CRP, SIT, UAT and Production Cutover - Reconciliation of data loaded during production cutover through combination of standard and custom reports - Custom BI Publisher Reports - gather business requirements, prepare specification document, obtain sign-off, carry out unit testing, release it for user acceptance testing & production move - Prepare configuration document for SCM Cloud modules & share with IT and Business leads for review & sign-off - Detailed testing of business scenarios as part of CRP1, CRP2, SIT and UAT phase. - Publish test results for review and sign-off by IT leads - Conduct training sessions for key business leads and share detailed training scripts - Provide post go-live support, share metrics with business team on issue type, root cause & business process improvements - Oracle SCM Cloud Functional resource with a minimum of 15 years of overall Oracle Applications experience - 5+ years of Oracle SCM Cloud experience - Hands-on implementation or support experience on at least 3 Oracle SCM Cloud projects - Undergraduate degree/bachelor's degree required Experience of providing multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients Strong business ethics, a great attitude, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills Being a self-starter with high motivation to succeed Being a team player with strong results orientation Critical thinking and analytical background Working experience with REST API and Groovy technologies Able to demonstrate an ability to be an advisor to the client in a functional capacity. Certification from Oracle University on Oracle SCM Cloud would be added advantage INDHCLSMC Applicants must be either willing to relocate to work onsite on a Hybrid basis or willing to travel up to 50% to the client office.
