Oracle Transportation Management Functional Consultant

Location: Green Bay, WI (Onsite 5 days a week)

We're seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant with program management skills to support transportation operations. You'll manage OTM implementations, troubleshoot system issues, and drive improvements to enhance transportation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead OTM implementation, configuration, and optimization to meet business needs.
• Manage OTM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within OTM, working cross-functionally to identify and implement solutions.
• Provide user training, support, and system updates.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in transportation processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of OTM experience in a functional or program management role.
• Strong understanding of transportation logistics and OTM modules (shipment management, routing, freight payment).
• Proven project management experience (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Oracle Transportation Management Certification.
