Job Overview:

The Bartender at Orchard House upholds The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s mission, values, and service standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a high-energy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to prepare and serve beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with members and guests to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, safety, and service guidelines.
• Assist in banquets and special events as required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes, glassware, garnishes, and alcohol brands.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Work Environment: Fast-paced, friendly atmosphere with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions and cleaning chemicals.
