Order Center Supervisor

 Full Time Position
Sunday-Saturday with shifts between 7am-5pm (rotating weekends)
Multiple Supervisors on team

POSITION DUTIES:

• Answer questions and assist associates in order entry and maintenance systems
• Verify all on hold orders and print order information for correct and concise content
• Provide daily supervision and work direction to ensure productive use of all team members in Order Center
• Work with retail, delivery, production and support departments to resolve external and internal customer issues
• Work to identify trends in quality and service issues, bringing to Order Center Manager as needed
• Answer customer calls as needed
• Perform administrative duties
• Assist with training needed 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
• Ability to provide leadership to train delegate and motivate staff
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Developed problem solving skills
• Ability to support and work as a team
• Able to work in a team environment
