Order Control Specialist

Description

Responsibilities:

• Process and input all customer orders by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities and meeting internal deadlines.
• Provide the warehouse with the necessary documents to prepare orders for shipment
• Completes all product substitutions according to Blue Buffalo guidelines and customer specific requirements 
• Manages the add-on process for the site and ensures that all are completed, if they are not completed the specialist will ask for approval to cut
• Helps to identify and prevent occurrences of non-conformities related to product, process, and the quality system
• Responsible for Food Safety

Requirements

Skill Qualifications:

• Windows Excel, Word, Outlook, Synapse and Manhattan
