A LOOK INSIDE THIS ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING ASSOCIATE ROLE

In this position, you will help drive a smooth and efficient shipping operation by processing customer orders from start to finish. You will review order details, gather products according to specifications, and create shipping labels for UPS deliveries. As orders move through the process, you will identify and mark materials, verify quantities by weighing or counting items, and package shipments with accuracy and care. You will coordinate shipping activities, prepare parcels for pickup, and handle inventory throughout the workday. As volume changes, you will remain adaptable, regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, and contribute to a fast-moving environment focused on customer satisfaction.

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

TRAITS THAT SUPPORT SUCCESS

We're looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday with daily overtime opportunities and no weekends while bringing the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency


• Physical ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.


• Excellent communication skills


• Experience with Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or related software like MS Access, MS SQL


• Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment
