Order Fulfillment Associate

Join nocnoc’s warehouse team and help us deliver a world-class cross-border shopping experience to customers throughout Latin America.

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will receive inventory, pick and pack customer orders, scan products, apply shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup. This is an active, hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

No previous warehouse experience is required—on-the-job training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
• Pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Pack products safely and apply the correct shipping labels.
• Scan and confirm every order in the warehouse system.
• Sort and stage packages for carrier pickup.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and order-accuracy goals.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and peak-season overtime.

Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with handheld scanners are helpful but not required.

Basic Spanish proficiency is preferred; English is not required.
