Duties & Responsibilities

· Place Purchase Orders to HQ/Local sourcing

· Ensure correct, on time execution of orders

· Refill DOA & Optional parts for Semi Knockdown Materials

· Verify Product version/Shipping Terms/Price are correct

· Coordinate between Sales/Project Manager/Logistics/Production for Orders fulfillment Process

· Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally Logistics/Production

· Maintain standard purchase BOMs for each product to make sure most updated version

· Work with HQ for New products transfer to UIH USA production projects

· Price check with HQ for Semi Knockdown Materials and maintain Price book most updated

· Receive, review and archive the PO and CBOM from UIHS.

· Conduct the factory team to review the system configuration before products shipping.

· Manage and maintain all PO/BOMs information to meet FDA/ISO 13485 requirement/UIH QM procedure

Education

· College’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Required Skills or/ Attributes

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams

· PC literate with MS office applications

· Strong sense of urgency and due time

· Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and responsiveness.

· Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.

· Good communication skills and a strong attention to details

· Manufactural facility experience is a plus

· Medical device background is a plus

· Referral letter from previous employers if required
