Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping projects on track? AFI is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to support our production team by ensuring orders are accurate, organized, and moving efficiently through the build process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple tasks, and helping teams stay organized from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Convert approved quotes into production orders and ensure all information is accurately entered


• Gather build specifications and assemble production documentation


• Track and update workflow statuses throughout the production process


• Work with purchasing to create and maintain new inventory items


• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and consistency to prevent production delays


• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other tracking tools


• Provide backup support for reception, office administration, and logistics functions as needed

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in order processing, sales support, administrative coordination, or a related field preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Initiative, problem-solving ability, and a process-focused mindset


• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
