Reporting Line: Operational Excellence Manager 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader SOP to lead a team of professionals focused on order management and order fulfillment tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team has the necessary knowledge, tools, and training to perform their daily tasks efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Team Management:

Ø Supervise and manage the daily activities of the order management and order fulfillment team.

Ø Ensure that team members have the right knowledge, tools, and training to perform their tasks effectively

Ø Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Ø Assist in growing the team by recruiting new members and ensuring a smooth onboarding process

Ø Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture to enhance overall team performance

·      Performance Tracking and Monitoring:

Ø Track team progress on tasks, ensure compliance with established service standards, and monitor that team members are working within their designated hours.

Ø Identify and address any performance gaps or issues promptly

·      Training and Development:

Ø Develop and oversee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Ø Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to team members to improve their performance and job satisfaction

·      Global Team Collaboration:

Ø Work effectively with global teams, including the Operational Excellence Manager based in Israel and the team leader of COE SOP based in Romania

Ø Ensure seamless communication and coordination across different time zones and cultural backgrounds

·      Process Improvement:

Ø Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement them.

Ø Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations

·      Compliance and Risk Management:

Ø Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and company policies.

Ø Implement effective control and risk management strategies to minimize operational errors and losses

Required Skills and Qualifications

ü Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in order management and fulfillment roles.

ü Global Team Experience: Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural collaborations.

ü Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

ü Seniority: Senior-level experience with a strong track record of leadership.

ü Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies

ü Great advantage for ERP background in Oracle, and CRM background in SFDC

ü Time Management and Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

v Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.

v Certifications: Certifications in leadership, project management, or other relevant areas.

v Industry Knowledge*: Knowledge of best practices and trends in order management and fulfillment.
