About the Role

Ceragon Networks is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations Center of Excellence. This role is a key part of the global Order-to-Cash process, supporting sales execution, operational excellence, and compliance across regions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform order entry, order management, and invoicing activities throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Manage software and license administration via Ceragon’s online platforms
  • Act as gatekeeper for company booking policies and external audit requirements
  • Ensure required internal business approvals are obtained for non-standard scenarios
  • Conduct due diligence activities in close collaboration with Sales Operations HQ teams
  • Produce operational reports across the Order-to-Cash cycle
  • Participate in continuous process improvements and ERP system enhancements

Job Requirements

Must Have

  • Strong administrative skills (planning, organization, follow-ups, meeting documentation)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and determination
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment
  • Experience in a similar role within a global organization

English Proficiency

  • Speaking: Very high
  • Reading/Writing: Very high
  • Verbal comprehension: Very high

Additional language proficiency (medium to high level) is an advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Applications or SAP (Sales modules)
  • Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset
