FERRAGAMO is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Director of Customer Service, located in our Secaucus or New York office. This position will be hybrid, 3 days in office. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Headquarters, Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, Merchandising teams, and more. Focusing on order management and delivery through direct ecommerce, omnichannel, and marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH ITALY
(all departments)
about MTO production and shipping status updates, errors/issues while releasing orders, SKU# changes or activation, cancellations request and cancellations updates, shipping expediting requests.
MONTHLY MEETINGS WITH PRODUCTION
Production updates on the current seasons, to monitor if Italy is delivering on time or if there is merchandise at risk of arriving late. Discussions with production about special requests received (feasibility of late orders, earlier deliveries, or cancellations).
WEEKLY REPORTING TO THE EXECUTIVE TEAM
MAINTENANCE OF THE CURRENT PRODUCTION NRP REPORTS AND CREATION OF AD HOC REPORTS UPON REQUEST
WHOLESALE SEASONAL ORDER ENTRY
RETAIL SEASONAL ORDERS RELEASE AND SUPPORT IN PLACING ORDERS PULLING FROM CENTRAL STOCK
VIC/SPECIAL ORDERS ENTRY FOR RETAIL
CLOSE COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE WHL AND MERCHANDISE TEAMS
About MTO orders status and quality issues.
MANAGEMENT OF DUTY-FREE SHIPPING
Working closely with the vendors and the logistics team in Italy.
ENHANCED KNOWLEDGE OF FAST SYSTEM
Partnering closely with the Customer Service department in Italy.
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian language
Experience in SAP
The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000. The rate of pay offered will be determined upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
