Job Description - Order Manager - Customer Service (in-office)

Job Purpose

The Order Manager is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and a process that is Simple, Easy, and Fast. This role builds trusted customer relationships by providing expert guidance, proactive communication, and WOW-level service through ICE. 

**This role requires working on-site in our office

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.

  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding products, timelines, and expectations.

  • Drive order approvals and production in a timely manner.

  • Complete quality checks on high-value orders (over $750).

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure order accuracy.

  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ICE standards.

  • Answer and document customer calls promptly and accurately.
     

    Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
