Job Title: Order Picking and Packing
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (with possible overtime)

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Order Picker! In this role, you will be responsible for locating and transporting materials for customer pickup, delivery, or shipping. Success in this position requires strict adherence to procedures, accurate material handling, and clear communication with fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Precision Picking: Retrieve materials using order pick lists and ensure every item is scanned accurately.

· Accuracy & Accountability: Pull correct materials and verify proper labeling and condition.

· Damage Control: Immediately report any damages or shortages to the appropriate departments.

· Timely Execution: Complete order picking assignments promptly and efficiently.

· Equipment Safety: Operate warehouse equipment only if authorized and do so safely.

· Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized aisle and report any equipment issues promptly.

· General Duties: Assist with additional warehouse tasks such as stacking/piling finished goods, preparing shipments, packing, cleaning containers, verifying items, completing documentation, and more.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum 1 year required (3 years preferred).

· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; squat, sit, stand, walk, and reach throughout the day.

· Work Environment: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.

· Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Computer Skills: Basic PC knowledge required.

· Adaptability: Willingness to take on various tasks within the warehouse.

· Compliance: Must follow all company procedures and report any unsafe or unprofessional behavior.

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
