Pay Rate: $15/HR
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mandatory overtime may be required)

Job Summary

Stand-By Personnel is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join a local client’s Distribution Center team as Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging merchandise for shipment to retail locations, while adhering to company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack merchandise into boxes or containers for shipping to retail locations
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and packing labels to ensure accuracy
• Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues
• Use RF scanners or other tracking systems as applicable
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet department goals

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year required; 3 years preferred
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently squat, sit, stand, walk, and reach
• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-energy setting
• Team Player: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Basic PC Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer operations
• Versatility: Willingness to perform various warehouse tasks as assigned
• Protocol Adherence: Follow all procedures, best practices, and report any unsafe or unprofessional behavior
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
