Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking of products.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, status updates, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve order discrepancies and issues in a timely manner working across departments as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate order documentation and records for auditing purposes.
• Assist the sales team by providing necessary order-related information and support.
• Collaborate with shipping and logistics to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in order processing or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using order processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
