JetBrains is a global software company that creates intelligent, productivity-enhancing tools for software developers and teams. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Management Specialist.
As an Order Processor, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations by processing orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive attitude. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process and outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Process customer orders with speed and accuracy using internal systems.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to validate order details, discounts, and special terms.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
- Respond to internal and external order-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in order processing workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the order management system.
- Continuously seek improvements in order processing procedures and support documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
