Order Selector

Parallel Employment is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Order Selectors to join our team in the Kenosha area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
• Utilize hand-held devices or RF scanners to manage order selections
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Handle inventory management tasks, including stock rotation
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices within the warehouse

• Previous experience as an Order Selector or in a similar warehouse role
• Familiarity with RF scanners or other order selection technology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Effective communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a warehouse setting
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends if necessary
