Order Specialist

Our Order Processing Specialist will accurately order all Renewal by Andersen of Central PA products which includes windows, patio doors, entry doors, bay/bow windows. This process must be completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You will also provide administrative support to the Admin/Finance Manager as needed. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player, with a high level of attention to detail to become the newest member of our team.

Responsibilities:

o Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders

o Understand and implement established Renewal by Andersen administrative policies, procedures, and those of RbA Corporate when appropriate for special ordered materials.

o Verify proper documentation is entered into rForce relating to questions and resolutions that arise during project processing.

o Develop a thorough understanding of computer software utilized for obtaining pricing information, internal sales processing, and placing orders (RbA IQ and OMS, Benbilt Configurator, and rForce).

o Order product with all Rba Central PA Vendors

o Record shipment dates in rForce and keep them up to date; communicate with the Production team when any changes to shipments occur.

o Prepare installation packets for the Production department.

Ensure job folders contain proper documentation for legal compliance with regulations.

o Proactively seek answers from respective departments when questions arise to ensure projects proceed according to plan.

o Be dependable and punctual and a legitimate team player

o Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED, A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the home improvement service field or other closely related field preferred.
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong independent thinker, able to work independently.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills required.
