Oversees the entire customer order lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, coordinating with various internal teams and managing customer interactions to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Oversees large-scale merchandising logistics:
Enters, edits and tracks orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery (adds items, changes addresses, duplication, fulfillment, cancellations)
Builds itemized picklist for outbound crates, kits, and any other shipping material.
Coordinates pickups and deliveries
Monitor and report inventory of consumables, components, and fixtures; request reorders as necessary
Tracks and reports metrics for inventory and fulfillment
Provides customer service support for other Merchandising Support areas including, but not limited to, new product launches, sales samples, inventory oversight
Serves as a liaison between multiple business groups while developing a strong rapport with customers and providing best-in-class service
Serves as main point of contact for customer questions and requests via email, phone, and chat.
Ability to assist with order picking, staging, and fulfillment as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Possesses an elevated level of competency in Microsoft Suite and comprehensive computer skills overall
SAP, online sales management and/or Warehouse Management System preferred
Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to effectively address all levels across the organization
Ability to exercise tact and patience in solving customer problems and answering questions
Is flexible and meticulous while strategically solving problems independently and proactively - project management experience a plus
Embraces diversity and functions as a role model in adherence to MSS policies while constructively challenging the status quo or other team members
Physical Requirements:
On-site at Masco Product Support
Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Planning, organizational, and time management skills
Must be able to work on the plant floor intermittently, abiding by all safety protocols
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
Ability to remain in a stationary position, either standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.
Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
