Services include all types of residential, commercial, construction and ALTA/NSPS surveys with a commitment of accurate and timely delivery to our clients. Our surveys provide an important component for real estate type transactions involving buyers and sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents.

Order Validation Position Summary

The Order Validation Specialist will be responsible for establishing pricing and due date commitments for incoming orders. This role includes a range of tasks such as conducting online research, evaluating subject properties, initiating customer communications, and routing nonstandard orders to the specialized pricing team using our proprietary software system.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a consistently positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in every customer interaction are essential for success in this role.

Order Validation Schedule

This is a hybrid position. Team member will report to the office at 1500 W 3rd St, MZ130, Cleveland, OH 44113 a minimum of 3 days a week as scheduled by the supervisor.

Order Validation Position Responsibilities

• Prioritize requests to meet deadlines.
• Organize and prepare electronic file folders, ensuring all documentation is correct.
• Perform administrative support tasks.
• Fully adhere to company policies, procedures, and work directives.
• Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients and other parties as related to company services and overall business.
• Perform administrative support tasks.

• Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical, and professional manner.  

Order Validation Skills and Experience

• Minimum of high school diploma/GED diploma required. 
• Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service.
• Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
• Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions. 
• May require a valid Driver’s License and maintain appropriate Automobile Insurance.

The work is performed in an office setting with moderate noise levels. This job frequently requires the employee to stand, walk, use hands, read, talk, or hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 - 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
