Order/Picker Packer

Responsibilities:

1. Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met.
2. Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Pull and pack orders per daily order logs.
5. Label orders using computer and label printer to produce proper bar code for shipment.
6. Load and unload trucks using forklift.
7. Retrieve product from Accessories/Heads/Assembly and load on racks in shipping with forklift.
8. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or facility management.

Qualifications:

1. Forklift experience is required.
2. Basic computer skills required.
3. Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills.
4. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
5. Maintain regular attendance.
6. Continuous walking or standing on concrete floors.
7. Ability to lift a maximum of 60 lbs. on occasion.
8. Requires frequent climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
9. Work is performed primarily in-doors.
