Now Hiring: Orders Manager – Full Time (In-Office)

Location: Lewisville, Texas

About the Role:

As the Orders Manager, you will oversee the flow and accuracy of all physician orders related to patient care. This role is essential to ensuring compliance, improving communication between departments, and maintaining timely and efficient operations within the Home Health division.

You will collaborate with our nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to keep documentation seamless and support the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of managing physician orders for home health services
• Monitor and track pending, unsigned, and completed orders to ensure timely turnaround
• Communicate directly with physicians, nurses, and therapists to resolve documentation or compliance issues
• Maintain accurate and organized records in the EMR system (WellSky/Kinnser experience preferred)
• Prepare reports, order logs, and documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain workflows that support operational efficiency and quality improvement

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare administration, preferably in Home Health orders management or medical records
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
