Organizational and Corporate Advisor

Cortina Solutions is seeking an Organizational and Corporate Advisor to support a government customer in Albuquerque, NM.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Duties:

• Provide Senior-level agency and corporate intelligence supporting stand-up of office and on special or high interest actions or procedures to the department.


• Determine and formulate policies and provide overall direction of the organization within guidelines set up by a board of directors and other governing body.


• Provide advice in planning, directing, or coordinating operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field


• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with the Department of Defense


• Active Top Secret Security clearance


• Proven experience in providing organizational and corporate advisory services, with a focus on government, space, or defense sector operations.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leaders.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
