Genesis Consulting is a leading ERP and Enterprise Agility firm combining innovative Digital Transformation capabilities and enabling skills to provide industry-leading solutions to the federal government. Genesis Consulting is leading an advanced financial management transformation at one of the largest federal civilian agencies that implement programs designed to mitigate the significant risks of farming through crop insurance, conservation programs, farm safety net programs, lending, and disaster programs. The program encompasses integrating dozens of mission critical financial applications to a modern SAP application operating in a FedRamp Certified cloud, while reengineering business process, with the proper internal controls and educating the impacted users and organizations on the future digital platform.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The OCM/Training consultant will be responsible for leading the digital transformation program with communications support and training management. Users impacted by the program are highly distributed and located in multiple cities including Washington, D.C., Kansas City, New Orleans, and other locations. The OCM team must be experienced managing stakeholder communications and delivering high-value training in a highly distributed, remote learning environment.
Identifying impacted user groups and determining training needs (who's impacted and how)
Preparing training content based on the Digital Transformation Roadmap and program implementation/migration schedule
Conducting classroom user training for newly implemented Integrated Financial Management processes
Conducting refresher training for programs/processes migrated to SAP
Maintaining and publishing training content to Learning Management System
Providing logistical support for SAP/SAFe training including developing class rosters, room/virtual room setup, user support during training, etc.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
3-5 years of SAP Federal Financial OCM and Training implementation experience
Experience creating Training Plans, in accordance with transformation roadmap
Experience creating high quality training materials and presentations using tools like PowerPoint & Video
Experience creating newsletters providing highlights, important dates, current program increment information, and team updates
Experience delivering remote training sessions to distributed users
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree - Required
Required Certifications:
No required certifications
SAP, Agile, SAFe certifications desired
Other:
Must be US Citizen
