Job Description - Organizational Development Director
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to support the professional development and continuous learning of employees
Develop training programs and instructional resources to meet organizational needs
Assess training and development needs through job shadowing, interviews, and consultation with managers
Create training materials and instructional content
Oversee the delivery of training programs, both in-person and online
Facilitate leadership development courses for field and office, adapting delivery depending on audience
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
Collaborate with department heads and leadership team to align training programs and leadership development strategies with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with relevant training standards and regulations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and training technologies
Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress
Essential Education and Qualifications:
Degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Learning and Development, or related field
5+ years experience in training and development
Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in organizational development
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to build partnerships and influence leaders at all levels and guide leadership development decisions throughout the business

Pay Range: $95,000-$140,000
