Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Full-time
Shift times: Primarily Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Some evenings and weekends for events.

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Public Affairs - Minnesota, the Organizing Manager is responsible for leading and supporting grassroots organizing and advocacy efforts throughout Minnesota. This position supervises organizing staff and interns, develops and implements, organizing plans, supports advocacy and electoral campaigns, and helps build volunteer and community engagement strategies that advance organizational goals. The Organizing Manager works collaboratively with the Public Affairs team to strengthen community relationships, recruit and develop volunteers, and execute organizing activities. This position also supports tracking, analysis, and reporting of organizing and advocacy outcomes to measure progress toward campaign goals. The Organizing Manager is an advocate in implementing our mission of “Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive health care for all”. They may perform other related duties as assigned.
