Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey.?

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assist in the delivery of orthodontic treatments, including placing and removing braces, taking impressions, and conducting routine adjustments.?
   
• Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.?
   
• Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with information on treatment procedures, oral hygiene practices, and post-treatment care.?
   
• Administrative Assistance: Collaborate with the front office team to manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries as needed.?
   
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with orthodontists and other team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.?
   

Qualifications

• Certification: Current certification in orthodontic assisting or dental assisting preferred.?
   
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.?
   
• Personality: A positive attitude, a compassionate approach to patient care, and a team-oriented mindset.?
