Orthodontic Billing Coordinator & Front Desk Rep
Greater Chattanooga Orthodontics – Chattanooga, TN

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-loving multitasker to join our team! This dual role combines billing expertise with being the welcoming face of our practice.

What You’ll Do:

Submit and follow up on insurance claims, post payments, and manage A/R.

Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits to patients.

Greet and direct visitors, answer calls, and manage mail/packages.

Keep reception area organized and welcoming.

Schedule appointments and support the team with admin tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in medical/dental billing (orthodontic a plus!).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable discussing financials with professionalism.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Proficient with Google Suite and office technology.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Greater Chattanooga Orthodontics provides adult and child custom braces, Invisalign, retainers, and more to Chattanooga, TN and the Greater Chattanooga area.
