Orthodontic Dental Manager

The Office Manager at Children's Dental Funzone will be responsible for all clinical and non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations including leading a positive office culture, ensuring an excellent patient experience, and driving case acceptance and revenue growth. As an Ortho Dental Office Manager, you will provide leadership to your immediate office team while collaborating with our experienced Doctors and Regional Manager to support the success of your office

A minimum of 2 years in Orthodontics or GP is required. Pediatrics is a plus. Must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Denti-cal.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years as a GP/Pediatric/Orthodontic office manager.
  • Strong in communication and Sales
• Must have a thorough knowledge of dental insurance PPO, HMO, DCFS plans along with Denti-cal.
• Must be familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
• Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
• Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
• Running reports and follow-ups.
• Staff and patient management.
• Payroll.
• Knowledge of collection and production of the office.
• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!

• Full-time Mon-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Saturdays 8:00 am -2:00 pm
• Salary+ Benefits+ Bonuses
• 65k-85k
