Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication of Appliances: Create orthodontic devices such as retainers, space maintainers, and other appliances based on orthodontist prescriptions.
   
• Diagnostic Analysis: Interpret diagnostic records, including impressions and digital scans, to design custom appliances.
   
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all appliances meet the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
   
• Collaboration: Work closely with orthodontists and clinical staff to align on patient treatment plans and appliance specifications.
   
• Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety and sterilization protocols.
   

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.
