🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking an Orthodontic Records & Sterile Technician to join our clinical team. This dual-role position ensures patient records are accurate and up to date, while also maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and infection control in our office.

📝 Responsibilities

• Take orthodontic records, including photographs, X-rays, and digital scans

• Maintain accurate and organized patient documentation

• Ensure proper sterilization and preparation of instruments

• Support clinical assistants and doctors with setup and cleanup

• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, following OSHA standards

✅ Qualifications

• Dental/orthodontic assisting or sterilization experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent communication and patient care skills
