• Physician in Practice: 4

• Support Staff: 7 APPs, 3 Receptionists, 2 Surgery Schedulers

• Required to supervise APPs? Yes

• Physician Nurse Ratio: 1 Nurse/Provider, 3 Cast Techs

• Procedures:

- Total hip, knee and shoulder replacement

- Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures

- Trauma injuries

- Fracture care

- Sports medicine

• Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy Onsite: Yes

• No. of Exam Rooms: 2

• No. of Cast Rooms: 3

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: GE Centricity (OP), Epic (IP)

• Other Info:

- Teaching Opportunity: IM & FM residency, PA student rotation

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active IA License or IMLC

• BC
