- Treatment of fractures, dislocations, amputations, deformities, and tumors of bones and joints, Total Joint Replacement/Revision or Repair (Hip, Knee, Shoulder), Spinal Surgery (w/o Instrumentation - Lumbar ,w/o Instrumentation - Cervical, w/ Instrumentation - Cervical ,w/ Instrumentation - Thoracic, w/ Instrumentation - Lumbar, w/o Instrumentation - Thoracic), Arthroscopy

• EMR: EPIC

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active KY License or IMLC

• BC

• BLS

• DEA

• Clean Background

• NPDB Report

• Must be able to do hip nailing procedures
