Orthopedic Tech

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting orthopedic surgeons, and ensuring the smooth operation of the orthopedic department. This position requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as excellent patient service skills.

Charting System: Preferred, Epic

Certifications: BLS

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with a strong grasp of medical terminology related to orthopedics.
• Previous experience in patient care or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Familiarity with coding practices is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to provide exceptional patient service and support.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics is advantageous for working with younger patients.
• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
