Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Orthotic Technician who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a quality-driven production environment, and takes pride in creating high-quality products. You will work closely with a dedicated team to fabricate custom foot orthotics that meet strict standards and specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Fabricate custom orthotic products using specialized tools, machinery, and materials
- Perform detailed finishing, assembly, and quality assurance inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
- Accurately follow specifications, instructions, and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Provide input on process improvements and assist in training new team members as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work meticulously and accurately in detail-oriented tasks
- Comfort with machinery, hand tools, and technical equipment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
- Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, orthotics, prosthetics, footwear production, or a related precision craftsmanship role
- Familiarity with materials such as polypropylene, EVA, and foams
