Orthotics Tech

$5,000 Sign On Bonus 

• Demonstrates familiarity with the properties of various materials used in Orthotics and Prosthetics. 

• Fabricates and repairs orthotic and/or prosthetic devices according to Company quality and quantity standards.  

• Demonstrates the ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to device fabrication and fitting.  

• Performs ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned. 
   

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a Medical Setting, preferable in a Physician Practice

• Requires at least 2 years of experience as an Orthotics Tech

• Certification from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics, Inc. or Certification of the National Board for Orthopedic Technologists or American Society of Orthopedic Professionals preferred

• EMR/EHR experience preferred, NextGen or Athena experience preferred 

• Proficiency in a windows environment with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and the Internet is required

• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a complex, matrix environment
