Responsibilities

Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress

Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress

Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents

Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current Occupational Therapy license in Ohio

3-5 years of related experience preferred

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
