Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT (Operational Technology) sales, partner management, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of OT products, solutions, and the associated market trends. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of sales success in driving revenue growth through partners in the OT industry. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and work with senior leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to assess partner performance and market dynamics. Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and convey the technical aspects of OT solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience with specific OT sectors such as manufacturing, industrial automation, energy, or smart buildings. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
