      - Surgical: Thyroidectomy, Extended Parotidectomy



      - Gen Surgical ENT: Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube



      - Gen Non-Surgical ENT: Hearing Eval, Manage Disorders involving  ENT and Skeletal Facial Structures



      - Endoscopic: Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy



      - Facial Surgery: Rhinoplasty, Facial Fractures, Skin Grafts/Flaps



• EMR: Epic



• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered







Requirements:



• Active VA License



• BC



• BLS, ACLS



• DEA
