Job Description - Otolaryngologist

• Call Schedule: Weekday Call

• Call Volume: 6 shifts per month

• Physician in Practice: 4

• Support Staff: 2 NPs

• Trauma Level: II

• EMR: Cerner

• Other Info:

- Not open to new gradauate

- Not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.

- Not open to providers who have just finished fellowship or are Board Eligible (BE).

Requirements:

• Active NJ License or willing to obtain

• BC

• BLS, ACLS

• DEA, CSR/CDS

• Malpractice history disclosure

• Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination

• Salary Range: $399,806 – $759,565 annually (based on qualifications and experience)
