• Patient Demographics: 95% Adult, 5% Pediatric

• Patient Volume:

- OP: 18 Scheduled, 2-3 Add-ons

- IP: 0-3

• No. of Surgeries:

- OP: 7/week

- IP: 3-4/day

• Admissions: 0-1

• % of Practice: 50% Surgical; 50% Non-surgical

• Physician in Practice: 1

• Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 2 MA, 3 FD, 1 Surgical Coordinator

• Procedures:

- General Otolaryngology: Surgical & Non-surgical

- Endoscopic Procedures: Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy (flexible), Laryngoscopy

- Tracheotomy

- Facial Reconstruction (preferred)

• No. of Exam Rooms: 3

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- Should be comfortable managing all general ENT post op care including sinus, otologic, endocrine, H&N.

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CO License

• BC/BE

• BLS, ACLS

• Local Provider (highly preferred)
