• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Otolaryngology including medical and surgical ENT care
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
• Beds in Department/Unit: Acute care facility serving Platte County and seven surrounding counties
• Trauma Designation: Level III Trauma Center
• EMR System: State -of -the -art diagnostic and clinical systems
• Specialty Backup: Strong in -house adult and pediatric hospitalist programs with full specialty support
• Support Staff: Excellent nursing staff and collaborative medical team
• Leadership & Reporting Structure: Hospital -employed position within established ENT practice
• Reason for Opening: Growth within a well -respected and expanding ENT service line
CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• DEA & Certifications: DEA required; additional certifications as applicable
• Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital credentialing process

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• State License Required: Active Nebraska medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Certifications: DEA required
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new residency graduates
• Additional Requirements: Commitment to high -quality, patient -centered care and collaborative team practice
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient otolaryngology services
• Perform surgical procedures in a modern facility including hybrid OR capabilities
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high patient satisfaction standards
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards
