Job Description - Otolaryngologist | $600K Base+ | RVU Bonus | 75K Sign On | | Railroad City, IL

Healthcare United is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join a well established and high demand ENT program in East Central Illinois. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and surgical care within a collaborative environment supported by experienced physicians and advanced practice providers. The practice includes subspecialty support in laryngology and provides strong patient volume with excellent earning potential. This is an opportunity for physicians seeking both clinical autonomy and long term growth

• Join an established ENT team including physicians and advanced practice providers

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in clinic and surgical settings

• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests within ENT

• High patient demand with strong referral base

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Participate in shared call rotation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

• Active DEA license or ability to obtain

• Strong clinical and surgical ENT skills

• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment

• Commitment to patient centered care

• 625000 base salary with RVU based bonus structure
