Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing, in partnership with the
Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist with fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncology. This role focuses on the management of complex head and neck cancers and reconstructive surgeries, supporting a veteran population with comprehensive, compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO
• Licensure:
• Unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Experience: Head and Neck Oncology fellowship (required)
• Technical Skills:
• Must meet VA credentialing and privileging requirements.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Soft Skills: Multidisciplinary leadership, compassionate cancer care

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced surgical oncology procedures, including thyroid cancer, parotidectomy, skull base surgery, and free flap reconstruction.
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient ENT oncology services.
• Ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and care coordination.
• Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and morbidity/mortality conferences.
