HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established ENT program serving a close-knit community in northeastern Oregon.
This opportunity offers a broad mix of medical and surgical Otolaryngology, strong earning potential, production incentives, and comprehensive recruitment support. The physician will have the opportunity to manage both routine and complex ENT conditions while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Broad-based ENT practice
No remote option
Collaborative care model with audiologists, speech and language pathologists, and other medical specialists
Provide comprehensive diagnostic, procedural, and postoperative care
Patient education and longitudinal follow-up
Team-oriented clinical environment
Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the ENT service line
Diagnose and treat disorders of the ears, nose, throat, and head and neck
Manage common conditions such as ear infections, hearing loss, and sinus disease
Perform routine and advanced ENT procedures
Opportunity to manage complex head and neck conditions, including oncology and reconstructive cases
Develop individualized medical and surgical treatment plans
Provide postoperative management and continuity of care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered treatment across a wide range of ENT needs
Base Salary: $578,138 – $623,061

Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
