This OTR lane runs the Midwest and Northeast regions (I-80 corridor). 

WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO YOU 

Pay & Home Time 

• $90,000-$100,000 average annual pay 

• Mileage and performance bonuses 

• 5 Days out with minimum 34 hours off 

• Flexible scheduling: Drivers need to run at least 2 loads per week (2,700-3,000 miles per week) 

• No forced dispatch

About the job 

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations  

• Transport goods and materials to various destinations throughout the Midwest and Northeast regions in a timely and efficient manner  

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in safe working condition 

• Adhere to delivery schedules and maintain communication with dispatch to provide real-time updates 

• Handle loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper load securement and handling procedures 

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage. 

WHAT WE REQUIRE 

• Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record 

• 2 years tractor-trailer experience 

• Proficient knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance  

• Ability to operate and navigate electronic logging devices and other industry-related technology  

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety 

• Stable job history
